This notice describes how Braden collects, uses, and shares information when you visit braden-insights.com, request access, or purchase a Braden Insights subscription. Braden Insights is a business-to-business service; we collect professional contact information, not consumer profiles.

We do not collect protected health information, and the Service is not directed to children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their information.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We send no marketing email except about editions you asked about or subscribe to; every such email includes an opt-out.
Information is shared only with the service providers named above acting on our instructions, with professional advisors under confidentiality, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. If Braden's business is transferred, information may transfer with it subject to this notice.
The site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. You can block analytics with browser settings, common content blockers, or Google's opt-out add-on. Checkout pages hosted by Stripe set cookies necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention.
Access-request records are kept while evaluated and for up to two years; transaction and tax records are kept as required by law (generally seven years); analytics data is retained on Google's standard 14-month setting. Data is held in access-controlled accounts with encryption in transit; payment credentials are held only by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor.
Email us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, to withdraw from communications, or to ask questions about this notice. Depending on your state of residence, you may have statutory rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information and to non-discrimination for exercising them; we honor verifiable requests regardless of state. We do not respond differently to browser do-not-track signals because we do not track visitors across third-party sites.
We will post updates here with a new "Last updated" date; material changes affecting active subscribers are also announced by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
